What we process

MeasureX processes account identity, organization membership, project records, plan files, takeoff data, audit events, and support information required to provide the workspace.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate approved users, isolate organizations, perform and review takeoffs, maintain security records, and operate requested services.

Sharing and C.R.A.N.E. public-evidence processing

MeasureX does not sell personal information. Billing, messaging, and notification providers remain disabled unless separately approved.

  • C.R.A.N.E. starts automatically after a user selects a public company with a public website or refreshes that company's research. The visible rerun control is a manual recovery override, not the normal trigger.
  • The server receives only a strict public-company envelope: company ID, name, public website, North Carolina location, source label, and freshness marker. A deterministic collector fetches bounded company-controlled pages before model analysis.
  • C.R.A.N.E. uses OpenRouter to run Gemini 3.7 Flash as an external AI provider. Routing denies provider data collection, and the model receives no tools.
  • Account data, CRM records, lead ownership, drafts, messages, notes, cookies, credentials, and unrestricted browser state are not sent.
  • Provider credentials remain server-side. Queue and retry state is durable, rate limited, and request-bound. Output is advisory, source-linked, and cannot create or edit leads, send outreach, or decide that a company is closed.

External processing is governed by OpenRouter's privacy policy and the selected model provider's policy. Automatic jobs retain only bounded public inputs, source-backed results, and operational receipts for the required operational window.

Google Maps Platform

MACE Hunter uses the Google Maps JavaScript API and Places API to display maps and current business-status matches. Your browser sends Google the technical request information needed to load and use those services, such as your IP address, browser or device information, referring page, and map or search interactions.

Google Places content is displayed with a Google Map and is not cached as a MeasureX business directory or copied into lead storage. Selected companies' Place IDs and strict public-company envelopes may enter C.R.A.N.E.'s bounded operational jobs so their public websites can be researched automatically; broader live Google results remain limited to the current browser session.

Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps Platform Terms.

Cookies and local storage

Essential authentication cookies and preference storage keep sessions secure and remember your choices. Optional analytics remain off unless you expressly enable them.

Retention and security

Access is restricted by organization and role. Audit records avoid raw email addresses where a one-way hash is sufficient. Retention follows operational, contractual, and legal requirements.

Your requests

Use your approved MeasureX project or support channel to request access, correction, export, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and preserve records required for security or law.
